Terms of Service

Chat Between Queens is a paid live group advice service. You purchase access to a scheduled one-hour group session and take part in a shared thread with the other attendees of that session. This is a personal advice and conversation service — it is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health support. If you're in crisis or need professional support, please contact a licensed professional or a crisis service in your area.

You must be 18 or older to book a session or use this service.

• Sessions are booked for a specific scheduled date and time (Mondays and Fridays, 15:00–16:00 CET).
• Payment of €90 grants access to one session.
• Session access is non-transferable to a different date once booked, non-refundable, and does not roll over if unused.
• Session capacity is limited; if a selected session is full, you will be offered the next available date automatically.
• If a technical error causes a payment to be charged without session access being granted, contact us at [support email] and we'll correct it.

The session thread is open only during its scheduled one-hour window. Outside that window you can read the session history, but you cannot post. Questions and answers are visible to everyone who booked that same session.

Please keep messages respectful toward the host and other attendees. We reserve the right to remove you from a session or restrict access for abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior, without refund.

This service provides personal opinion and general guidance only. Decisions made based on advice received through this service are your own responsibility. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from decisions made using this service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia.
